DEVILED SWISS STEAK
> 1  3LB. BEEF Round Steak
> 1 1/2 tsp salt and pepper, 2 tsp dry mustard
> 2 TBS olive oil
> 1  6 oz can mushrooms or fresh,  1 TBS  Worchestershire sauce.
> 
> Trim fat from meat, combine seasonings and sprinkle over meat, in 
heavy
> skillet, brown slowly, both sides.  Drain off excess fat, drain 
mushrooms,
> reserve liquid.  Add mushroom liquid to W sauce then put in 
skillet. Cover
> tightly and cook on low heat for 2 hours. At the last minute add 
mushrooms
> and heat through, makes 8 servings.




Subject: spicy chili pork chops

4 boneless porkchops(4 oz each)
Rub
1/2 tablespoon salt
1/2 tablespoon cumin
1/2 tablespoon black pepper
1/2 tablespoon chili powder
1 tablespoon paprika
1/2 tablespoon garlic powder
1/2 tablespoon ground ginger
 
Trim fat from pork chops. Mix spices togeather. Rub thje spice mixture 
into all sides of meat. Broil or grill 10 to 15 minutes on each side 
until done.  
Serves 4
